Don't fall for their lies!They send reps door to door so their lies aren't recorded.
A rep named Raee come to my door promising lower rates and that they would actually pay for the cancellation fee from my current provider. They call some person from your phone to enroll and put it on speaker to coach you through the questions. If you hesitate they hang the call up and tell you not to hesitate that they are giving you the answers by nodding their head yes or no. After confirming multiple times that they would pay for the cancellation fee from my current provider and lower my current rate I went through the call.
Well now I get my cancellation bill and sent it to Raee and nothing.. I called her and she told me to call customer service. After over an hour being on the phone with customer service I was told that they don't cover other provider cancellation fees and that they are sorry for the misunderstanding.. It wasn't a misunderstanding it was straight up lies!
Not only that my bill was higher than before! They refused to pay Reliants cancellation fee as their employee promised and then told me if I cancelled with them it would be a $300 cancellation fee! Because when they review my calls that I was coached in I apparently agreed to paying all cancellation fees!
I recommend Reliant!They are waiving the current cancellation fee and giving me a lower rate also crediting my account to pay for Entrusts cancellation fee.
