You might feel vulnerable when the salesperson attempts to switch your service over but beware.I've had them for a year and it was a huge mistake.

The constantly screw up your bill, don't pay the origin vendor (nicor, comed, etc) whereas each time you're forced fix the issue at hand. On top of that, they recently put me in collections for a bill of which I had proof of payment for; with no warning/contact whatsoever. After hours of them switching me between departments (because each department could locate my information) I had them resolve the issue. They are liars that go door to door claiming better pricing if your proxy their services.

Even if that was the case, which it isn't, you'll find yourself constantly correcting them and eventually have the vendors coming after your because of their mistake.So glad I'm no longer a customer.
